What we did
JBN Group needed a clearer and more professional website to present its growing range of services in a way that was easy for customers to understand and act on.
The business provides several service lines, including cleaning, property management, recruitment, removals, security, locksmith services, training courses, and property in the UAE. Their cleaning offer alone covers residential cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning, and maid services.
The challenge was structure. With multiple services under one brand, the website needed to avoid looking confusing or scattered. Visitors needed to quickly understand what JBN Group offers, choose the relevant service, and enquire for a free quote without unnecessary friction.
We remade the website around clearer service navigation, stronger calls to action, and a simpler enquiry journey. The cleaning pages were built to highlight trust points such as a 100% arrival guarantee with backup cleaners, eco-friendly products, background-checked staff, flexible scheduling, and upfront pricing.
The result was a more professional website foundation that helped JBN Group present its services more clearly and capture enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

From start to end
The project started by reviewing JBN Group’s full service range and identifying how the website should be structured.
Because the business covers multiple categories, the site needed a clear homepage and service navigation system. We organised the website so visitors could easily find the service they needed, whether that was residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, property management, removals, security, locksmith support, recruitment, or training.
For the cleaning pages, we focused heavily on conversion. Cleaning customers usually want to know four things quickly: whether the company covers their need, whether the team is reliable, how to get a quote, and how fast they can make contact.
The residential cleaning page was built around a clear local offer: expert cleaning solutions based in London, with free quote calls and WhatsApp booking. The page highlighted standard cleans, deep cleans, and customisable add-ons such as fridge, oven, and focus-area cleaning.
We also made contact options easier to access. JBN Group’s website now gives visitors multiple ways to enquire, including phone, WhatsApp, and email, with the company address listed at 71-75 Shelton Street, London.
