What we did
Powered Tutoring had a strong tutoring offer, but the business was not turning attention into booked calls. Before the project, they had generated 0 calls in 3 months.
We helped rebuild their full online growth system, not just the website. The project included a high-converting Webflow landing page, clearer messaging, trust-focused page structure, booking system setup, organic traffic strategy, and LinkedIn content guidance.
The new system was built around one goal: turning organic visitors into free trial lesson bookings.
We repositioned the business around what parents and students actually care about: improving grades, building confidence, getting tailored support, and preparing properly for exams. The landing page then supported that message with tutor credibility, reviews, FAQs, clear benefits, and a simple booking journey.
Alongside the website, we advised Powered Tutoring on how to generate organic traffic through LinkedIn, including what to post, how often to post, and how to create content that attracts parents, students, and people connected to education.
The result was a complete organic marketing system that helped Powered Tutoring go from 0 calls in 3 months to 9 booked calls in the first month, with a 10% visitor-to-call conversion rate from organic traffic.

From start to end
The project started with a clear growth problem. Powered Tutoring had the service quality, but their online presence was not producing booked calls.
The first step was fixing the positioning. Instead of presenting the business as another tutoring company, we shaped the message around outcomes: better grades, more confidence, stronger exam preparation, and personalised support.
Next, we rebuilt the landing page structure around the full customer journey. The hero section explained the offer clearly: 1-to-1 online tutoring from SATs to A-Level, helping students achieve top grades and access better academic opportunities.
The page then addressed the problems students and parents were facing: low grades despite effort, inconsistent revision, lack of study direction, and uncertainty around how to improve. From there, the website introduced Powered Tutoring’s solution: tailored lessons, exam-focused support, flexible online tutoring, and tutors with strong academic backgrounds.
We also strengthened the trust layer with reviews, credibility points, FAQs, subject coverage, lesson process details, and clear explanations of how parents could track progress.
After the page structure was built, we implemented a booking system that made it easy for visitors to book a free trial lesson quickly. This turned the website from a passive information page into an active lead generation tool.
Finally, we supported the wider growth system with LinkedIn content consulting and organic traffic strategy. This included guidance on posting frequency, content themes, educational posts, trust-building content, offer-led posts, and how to direct traffic back to the landing page.
